When you reach out to us, one of the first things we do is create a free design for your medal.

We get that your medal is unique to you, and we want to take the time to develop designs that reflect that.

Plus, it gives you a chance to see if we’re a good fit for you or your organisation without having to loosen the purse strings.

Our experienced team starts by designing an image based on your ideas.

You don’t need to hand us a fully fleshed-out concept - a lot of clients just send us their logo and let us take the lead.

Once we've made the artwork, we send it your way to see what you think.

This way, you have control over the design from the very beginning.

  1. Feedback and revisions (if needed)

If we nail the artwork in one go, we skip to the next email.

But if it’s not quite there yet, that’s perfectly fine! The design process is all about collaboration, and we welcome all feedback - the good, the bad, and even the ugly.

They'll schedule a meeting together, review your suggestions, and then get to work on the changes.

Most orders only need one or two revisions.

Once you're happy with your design, we start making it.

But unlike some medal makers (we’re looking at you, overseas factories), we don’t just go silent.

You’ll get an update as soon as production begins telling you when we expect to send your order, so you’re not left guessing.

And because we value accuracy as much as speed, we also make sure to double-check your delivery details.

  1. Final stages of production

About a week or two after you place your order, we will reach out to let you know where things stand and if our expected shipping date has changed.

Why? Because the last thing we want is for you to be sitting at your desk, wondering, "Is my order on track? Will it arrive in time for my event?"
